The Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights (FBOR) offers first responders a set of comprehensive, common sense workplace protections. California Professional Firefighters won passage of this important measure in 2007, capping a 20-year effort.

This week continues a series of videos designed to help front-line firefighters better understand their rights and responsibilities in disciplinary proceedings under FBOR.

Unified Response to Violent Incidents - This week’s terrorist attacks in Belgium have again focused attention on how we respond here at home. Cal-JAC’s pioneering Unified Responseto Violent Incidents is pointing the way, to how fire and law enforcement can work together as demonstrated in a recent training exercise in Los Angeles.
